In no event shall the RSC be answerable for any damages together with, devoid of limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from use or lack of use, information or profits, irrespective of whether in action of deal, negligence or other tortious motion, arising out of or in reference to using the material offere
